Gentian runs through all three. Everything else is different.

  • Hi-Hat.

    Ginger, lime. Unapologetically ginger. Lime snap first, then a heat that lingers.

  • Velvet State.

    Blackberry, elderflower, sage. Blackberry underneath, sage across the top, elderflower in the finish.

  • Curtain Call.

    Grapefruit, rhubarb, vanilla. Grapefruit and rhubarb, bitter-bright, vanilla rounding it into something nostalgic.
